Janet Maingi is the COO at Gridless where she overseas the firm’s organizational operations, logistics, and administrative teams.Prior to Gridless, Janet worked as the Managing Director in Azenia and the Kenya country manager for Andela, both of which are technology organizations that help companies build high performing distributed engineering teams in Africa.Janet holds an MBA from Kingston University London, and Bachelor in Commerce, Banking and Finance from Kenyatta University.
