About me
Sarah Kreps is the John L. Wetherill Professor, Director of the Tech Policy Institute, and Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell University. She is also a non-resident senior fellow in the Brookings Institution's Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Initiative, a senior fellow in the Bitcoin Policy Institute, and a faculty fellow the Cornell Johnson School of Business's Fintech Initiative. Kreps is the author of five books and dozens of academic articles, policy briefs, and op-eds at the intersection of emerging technologies, policy, and national security, including a number of articles on the national security implications of digital currencies and the political economy of security. She has a BA from Harvard, MSc from Oxford, PhD from Georgetown, and served as active duty officer in the United States Air Force.
