About me
I'm Senator Ihenyen, Lead Partner at Infusion Lawyers, where I advise both local and global companies in various areas of law, including the intersection of law and emerging technologies.
In the space, I'm a former President of Stakeholders in Blockchain Technology Association of Nigeria (SiBAN) and General Secretary of FinTech Alliance Coordinating Team (FACT). I am the Founding Editor of Crypto Asset Buyer (CAB); a member of the Board of Advisers, Lagos Blockchain Conference; and Legal & Compliance Officer at Blockchain Industry Coordinating Committee of Nigeria (BICCoN), where I was the founding General Secretary.
At the bar, I currently chair the Intellectual Property Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL), and Chairman of the Intellectual Property Working Group of the NBA-SBL Steering Committee to the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC).
